School Events
There are a wide range of activities and events going on throughout school to enrich and enhance pupils' learning and development. These events may involve individuals, groups or at times the whole school. Take a look and see what we've been getting up to.
Autumn Term 2011
- FS and KS1 pupils enjoyed a visit from the Merlin Theatre Group and a performance of the Enormous Turnip
- KS2 pupils enjoyed a trip the Plowright Theatre to see Cinderella.
- Pupils from Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Years 3&4 put on three wonderful Christmas Productions. It was lovely to see so many family and friends come along and enjoy their performances.
- Young Voices Project:The Choir took part in this year's Young Voices concert at Sheffield Arena. More than 5000 children came together in a mass choir to perform for family and friends. It was a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Well done to the choir for their hard work in preparing for the concert.
- BBC Children in Need Appeal: We supported this year's appeal with a non-uniform day. Year 6 pupils helped by painting Pudsey Spots on faces and the School Council ran a Second Hand Book Sale after school. A fantastic £341 was raised!

- Pupils from Years 3 and 4 represented the school community at the Remembrance Service at Belton War Memorial on Friday 11th November. £229 was collected through the sale of poppies and the very popular wristbands-thank you.

- The school played host to the Lincoln Pilgramage Candle which is travelling around all the Church Schools within the Diocese as part of the celebrations of the 200th anniversary of the National Society of Church Schools. We were pleased to welcome Mrs Buckle, the head of the receiving school, who took the candle on its journey to West Butterwick Primary School.

- Foundation Stage pupils played hosts to their parents during their Open Day.
